Here at Family Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry, we pride ourselves in providing our patients with the most cost-effective solutions for a wide range of dental health issues. Dental implants are just one of the products we offer for the long-term health and wellness of all our Havre de Grace patients. But we also know that offering a great product does not benefit anyone if the cost of treatment is out of your budget. For this reason, Dr. Grubb and his staff are committed to working with each patient to find the best payment plan for their needs and budget without compromising quality. Below you will find all the information you will need to know about the cost of dental implants, how insurance is used, financing alternatives, and payment options.
In order to get an idea of the actual cost for your dental implants, we recommend that you schedule a consultation with Dr. Grubb. In addition to giving you the critical information you need to decide if dental implants are right for you, this examination can also help us provide you with a more accurate estimate of the cost for your dental implants.
The cost of dental implants can vary from patient to patient. The price can also go up or down depending on the number of dental implants you need, the doctor you choose to use, the brand of dental implant, your potential insurance coverage, the area your provider is located in, and if any supplemental procedures are required.
There are advertisements for cheap dental implants all over the internet, but should you try them out? We want to warn our patients that discount and bargain basement deals that look too good to be true, often are. Less expensive dental implants may seem like a great deal for your bank account, but they may not measure up when it comes to appearance, quality, and durability. Additionally,it may seem like you are getting great discounts, but you may end up getting hit with additional costs when your dental implants need replacement, do not look natural,or do not function properly.
You can rest assured that our staff only uses the best quality products with a long history of safe and effective patient use. When you get a quote from our office or any other provider, the total price should include all of the parts of your procedure. Your written estimate should include the cost of your actual implant, as well as the costs of the surgical procedure and after care. There may also be additional charges for x-rays and anesthetic.
When you receive your quote we recommend you review it carefully and let us know if you have any questions. We are more than happy to discuss any of the costs or parts of your procedure included in the quote.
As a professional courtesy, the financial staff at Family Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry will help you in determining how much insurance coverage you have. We will also accept any assignment of benefits and apply those benefits toward your associated treatment costs. To streamline the process, we will handle all your paperwork and even file your claim for you in our office.
Please be aware that any insurance estimates we provide are based upon the best information available to us at the time of your appointment. You will be responsible for any portion of your procedure that is not covered by insurance, as well as any changes in your insurance benefits before your procedure. We will collect any applicable co-payments when you check into our office for your appointment.
We are happy to assist you in determining your benefits. However, if you would like to know more about the coverage offered by your insurance plan, please contact your insurance provider directly.
For your convenience, we accept most insurance payments, cash payments, checks, all major credit cards and CareCredit. If you would like to discuss alternative payments or payment plans, please feel free to speak to one of our staff members about your options.
CareCredit is a medical and veterinary line of credit that is designed to help you pay for expenses that are not covered by insurance. Patients can apply like they would for a credit card and once approved, the account can be used for multiple family members, procedures, and even for beloved pet patients.
CareCredit offers multiple interest rates and payment plans that are customized to your needs. Patients need not reapply if they are having procedures at different times and there is no penalty if you choose to pay off your procedure total right away. If you would like more information about CareCredit or to learn how to sign up, please call our office or go towww.carecredit.com.
